ALLEVYN Adhesive is a highly absorbent, self-adhesive waterproof dressing designed for weeping wounds. This 3-layer foam dressing can be left in place for up to seven days, providing effective exudate management to support a moist wound healing environment.

Directions for Use
To apply ALLEVYN Adhesive:
- Wash hands before and after treating the wound. Gently clean the wound and surrounding skin.
- Ensure the skin around the wound is clean and dry. Clip any excess hair close to the wound.
- Verify that the pad is large enough to cover the wound completely before applying the dressing.
- Open the pouch by peeling apart the flaps and remove the ALLEVYN Adhesive dressing.
- Begin removing the backing sheet from the dressing.
- Anchor the adhesive side of the dressing to the skin.
- Smooth the dressing over the wound, removing the remaining backing paper.
- Ensure the dressing is flat against the wound, free from creases, and securely adhered.
- If repositioning is necessary, remove carefully and repeat the application process.
Replace the dressing when fluid absorption is indicated by a darker patch on the surface or after up to 7 days, depending on the wound condition.
To remove, lift one corner of the dressing and slowly peel back until fully detached from the wound. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
Storage & Warnings
Do not cut the dressing, as this may compromise the bacterial barrier and fluid handling capabilities. Avoid using oxidizing agents such as hydrogen peroxide and hypochlorite solutions, as they can break down the absorbent component of the dressing.
ALLEVYN Adhesive is for single use only. Reusing the dressing may lead to cross-contamination and infection. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if redness or sensitization occurs. When showering, take care to avoid wetting the dressing and do not expose it to direct spray or submerging.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
