Description

The Zhang XiaoQuan Hotpot features three-ply construction, with a carbon steel core that is sandwiched between two layers of 18/10 stainless steel. It cleverly combines the cooking benefits of both materials. Other features include laser sealed S shape separator in the middle to accommodate two broths at once, its 18/8 stainless steel construction allows it to maintain its original brilliant finish while making it easy to clean. The cool-touch silicon handle effectively reduces the transfer of heat from the pot to the handles. The hotpot is perfect for cooking for 7-8 people and includes a tempered glass lid. It is perfect for use with Induction cook-top and it is dishwasher safe.
