Ingredients
Wax Strips: Hydrogenated Styrene/Methyl Styrene/Indene Copolymer, Paraffinum Liquidum, Silica, Polyethylene, Pentaerythrityl Tetra-Di-t-Butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate.
Wipes: Paraffinum Liquidum, Hexyldecyl Stearate, Parfum, Tocopheryl Acetate, Limonene.
Directions for Use
Follow these four easy steps for optimal results:
- Carefully peel the strips apart using the rounded tabs.
- Apply one strip to your skin in the direction of hair growth, rubbing a few times to ensure adherence.
- Hold the tab and your skin taut. Pull the strip back on itself swiftly in one motion, close to the skin.
- After waxing, remove any remaining wax with a Perfect Finish Wipe.
Ensure your skin is clean and dry before waxing. Each strip can be reused until it loses stickiness. There is no need to rub the strips between your hands to separate them.
Storage & Warnings
- Read and follow all precautions and directions included in the packaging.
- Suitable for legs, arms, underarms, and bikini line. Not suitable for use on the head, face, eyes, nose, ears, or any sensitive areas.
- Avoid using on varicose veins, scars, or irritated skin. Wait 72 hours between hair removal sessions.
- Consult your doctor if you are on medication affecting the skin or have skin disorders.
- Waxing is not recommended for the elderly, diabetics, or those taking oral retinoids.
- Before use, test the product on a small area. If no adverse reaction occurs within 24 hours, proceed with use.
- If you experience any discomfort, remove the product immediately and rinse with cold water. Seek medical advice if irritation persists.
- Wait 24 hours after use before applying anti-perspirants, perfumes, or tanning products.
- If Perfect Finish wipes are not available, baby oil can be used to remove wax. Do not use water, soap, or alcohol.
- Keep out of reach of children. In case of ingestion, seek medical attention immediately.
- Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse with water and seek medical advice if contact occurs.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
