Directions for Use
To adjust the combing angle, hold the blue knob above the V-Comb A1 logo and change the angle as needed. Release the knob to secure the position. Use the straight teeth position (180 degrees) for short hair and the racking position (90 degrees) for long hair.
Ensure hair is clean, conditioned, and dry before use. Avoid using the device on wet hair. Brush through to remove any knots and separate hair into manageable sections. Comb from the scalp to the tips, moving through each section multiple times in different directions.
After use, dispose of the capture filter and clean the comb teeth. Ensure the device is turned off and unplugged while cleaning. To detach the combing head, twist to align the guiding arrows with the unlock icon, then tilt over a trash bin to release the sealed filter. Use the provided small brush to clean any lice or eggs caught between the teeth.
Submerge only the combing head in hot (not boiling) water for cleaning. Do not submerge the main body of the V-Comb A1 in water, as this may cause damage.
Storage & Warnings
Store the device in a dry place and keep it out of reach of children when not in use.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
