Directions for Use
Step 1: Use the Charcoal Pre-Colour Shampoo sachet, towel dry, and comb your hair.
Step 2: Put on gloves, mix the Colour Gel into the Colour Fix bottle, tighten the lid, and shake. Apply immediately.
Step 3: Cover with a cap and wait for 30 minutes, or 40 minutes for grey hair coverage.
Step 4: Lather with warm water and rinse thoroughly until water runs clear. Follow with the provided shampoo and conditioner sachets. Rinse and style as usual.
Root touch-up: Apply color to the root area first. Ten minutes before rinsing, apply the remaining color to mid-lengths and ends. Rinse as per Step 4.
Storage & Warnings
Contains phenylenediamines and hydrogen peroxide. Always perform a skin sensitivity test 48 hours prior to use to check for allergies.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
