Please note that this product contains phenylenediamines and hydrogen peroxide. Conduct a skin sensitivity test 48 hours prior to application to ensure no allergic reactions occur.
Directions for Use
- Step 1: Use the sachet of Charcoal Pre-Colour Shampoo. Towel dry and comb hair.
- Step 2: Put on gloves. Mix Colour Gel into Colour Fix bottle, tighten applicator lid, and shake. Apply immediately.
- Step 3: Cover hair with a cap and wait 30 minutes, or 40 minutes for grey hair coverage.
- Step 4: Lather hair with warm water and rinse thoroughly until water runs clear. Shampoo and condition using the sachets provided, then rinse and style as usual.
For Root Touch-Up: Follow the same instructions but initially apply color only to the root area. Ten minutes before rinsing, apply the remaining color to mid-lengths and ends. Rinse as described in Step 4.
Storage & Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always perform a patch test prior to use to avoid allergic reactions. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
