Directions for Use
- Step 1: Use the sachet of Charcoal Pre-Colour Shampoo. Towel dry and comb hair.
- Step 2: Wear gloves. Mix Colour Gel into the Colour Fix bottle, secure the lid, and shake. Apply immediately.
- Step 3: Cover hair with a cap and wait for 30 minutes, or 40 minutes for grey hair coverage.
- Step 4: Lather with warm water and rinse thoroughly until water runs clear. Shampoo and condition with the sachets provided. Rinse and style as usual.
- Root Touch-up: Initially apply the color to the root area only. Ten minutes before rinsing, apply the remaining color to mid-lengths and ends. Rinse as described in Step 4.
Storage & Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Ensure to perform a skin sensitivity test prior to use.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
