Note: Contains phenylenediamines and hydrogen peroxide. It is recommended to perform a skin sensitivity test 48 hours prior to application.
Directions for Use
- Shampoo - Use the sachet of Charcoal Pre-Colour Shampoo. Towel dry and comb hair.
- Apply - Wear gloves. Mix Colour Gel into the Colour Fix bottle, tighten the lid, and shake. Apply immediately.
- Wait - Color with cap on for 30 minutes, or 40 minutes for grey hair coverage.
- Rinse - Lather with warm water and rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear. Use the provided shampoo and conditioner, rinse, and style as usual.
For root touch-ups, apply the color to the roots first. Ten minutes before rinsing, apply the remaining color to the mid-lengths and ends. Rinse as per the last step above.
Storage & Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always perform a skin sensitivity test 48 hours before using the product to ensure there are no allergic reactions to any ingredients.

Damaged or Defective Items

Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Shipping Damage
