Systane ULTRA Lubricating Eye Drops offers temporary relief from burning and irritation caused by dry eyes. These drops can be used to lubricate and rewet daily, extended wear, and disposable silicone hydrogel and soft (hydrophilic) contact lenses.
Systane ULTRA Lubricating Eye Drops moistens contact lenses, alleviates discomfort during lens wear, and aids in the removal of particles that may lead to irritation or discomfort.

Ingredients
Systane ULTRA Lubricant Eye Drops is a sterile solution containing:
- Polyethylene glycol 400
- Propylene glycol
- Hydroxypropyl guar
- Sorbitol
- Aminomethylpropanol
- Boric acid
- Potassium chloride
- Sodium chloride
- POLYQUAD (polyquaternium-1) 0.001% preservative
Usage instructions
Apply 1-2 drops in the affected eye(s) in the morning and evening, or as needed throughout the day or as directed by your healthcare professional. Tap the base of the bottle to release the drop. Place the drops on the eye and blink.
Storage instructions
Store below 30°C. After opening the bottle, dispose of the remaining solution after six months.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
