Swisspers offers premium cotton tips featuring a paper stem, crafted from 100% cotton and sustainably sourced materials. These cotton tips are not only effective for cleaning the outer ear but also perfect for precision application and touch-ups of makeup.

The stiff paper stem provides enhanced control compared to standard plastic stems, while also helping to reduce single-use plastics in the environment. The product is packaged in a re-sealable plastic bag that uses 90% less plastic than traditional tubs.

Please note that the REDcycle scheme is currently not operational, meaning there is no collection available for soft plastics at this time. Customers are advised to dispose of soft plastics in the landfill bin. Thank you for your understanding.

Ingredients

The paper stems are made from sustainably grown wood pulp and recycled paper, complemented by 100% cotton tips.

Directions for Use

  • Use the cotton tip to clean the outer nooks and crannies around your ear.
  • DO NOT INSERT COTTON TIP INTO EAR CANAL to avoid damage.
  • Dip the cotton tip in makeup remover for touch-ups.

Storage & Warnings

  • Dispose of used cotton tips in the rubbish bin; do not flush them down the toilet.
  • Do not add used tips to your home compost bin, as substances applied during use may disrupt compost balance.
  • Use only as directed and keep out of reach of children.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
      No exceptions!

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Grocery items
    • Undergarments
    • Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
