Directions for Use
- Prepare the area by sterilizing all bottles, tools, and surfaces, and ensure your hands are thoroughly washed.
- Write the date in the space provided before filling the bag.
- To open the bag, remove the perforated tab and open the dual closure.
- Pour breast milk into the bag and reseal it for storage.
- Store the bag in the refrigerator or freezer.
- To defrost, place the bag in the refrigerator to thaw hygienically, or gently warm it in warm (not hot) water, removing the bag as soon as it reaches the appropriate temperature.
- Pour the milk into a feeding bottle and gently warm if needed.
Storage & Warnings
Dispose of empty bags properly. DO NOT REUSE. Bags remain sterile until opened. It is crucial to maintain good hygiene; unwashed hands and unsterilized equipment can be harmful to your baby. Once defrosted, breast milk should be used immediately and should never be stored at room temperature.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
