Warnings

If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. Excessive intake of vitamin A (over 3000 µg/RE) can lead to birth defects. The recommended daily intake of vitamin A from all sources is 700 µg/RE for women and 900 µg/RE for men. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if you experience tingling, burning, or numbness. [Contains vitamin B6]. This product contains selenium, which can be toxic in high doses.
