Preparation instructions
Mix 3 teaspoons** with reduced fat milk or whole milk (based on taste). **1x teaspoon of Sustagen = 5g. Stir before serving. Enjoy chilled or warm. Note: Follow feeding instructions or recommended daily intake.

Storage instructions
