Strepsils Extra Sore Throat Lozenges feature an advanced formula designed to provide rapid pain relief for inflamed sore throats. This formulation includes both anaesthetic and antibacterial agents, helping to numb pain and combat bacteria that may cause throat discomfort.

Ingredients

The active ingredient is hexylresorcinol (2.4 mg). The formulation also contains saccharin and sugars (sucrose and glucose).

Directions for Use

  • For adults and children over 6 years old.
  • Dissolve one lozenge slowly in the mouth every 2 to 3 hours as needed.
  • Do not exceed 12 lozenges in a 24-hour period.

Storage & Warnings

Store below 25 degrees Celsius. Avoid consuming hot food or drinks shortly after use, as this may cause burns. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice. Not suitable for children under 6 years old. Consult a doctor if a sore throat persists for more than two days, especially if accompanied by fever, headache, or nausea. Keep all medicines out of reach of children.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
