Ingredients

Active Ingredient (per lozenge):

  • Flurbiprofen 8.75 mg

Contains sugars and honey.

Directions for Use

For adults and children aged 12 years and over, dissolve one lozenge slowly every 3 to 6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 8 lozenges in a 24-hour period.

Storage & Warnings

Store below 25 degrees Celsius.

Warnings:

  • Do not exceed the recommended dose, as excessive use can be harmful and increase the risk of heart attack, stroke, or liver damage.
  • Avoid use if you have a stomach ulcer, impaired kidney function, or heart failure.
  • Do not use if allergic to flurbiprofen or other anti-inflammatory medicines.
  • Consult a doctor before use if you are trying to become pregnant or during the first 6 months of pregnancy. Avoid during the last 3 months of pregnancy.
  • Not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
  • Avoid combining with other products containing flurbiprofen, aspirin, or other anti-inflammatory medications unless advised by a doctor or pharmacist.
  • If you have asthma, consult a doctor before use.
  • Do not use for more than a few days at a time unless directed by a doctor.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
