General Information
Strataderm is a rapidly drying, non-sticky, transparent silicone gel designed for the treatment of both old and new scars. It works to soften and flatten scars, alleviate itching and discomfort, and diminish redness and discoloration associated with scars. Strataderm is effective for the prevention and treatment of keloids and hypertrophic scars and is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

Directions for Use
- Ensure the scar is clean and dry.
- Apply a very thin layer of Strataderm to the scar and allow it to dry. It should dry within 3-4 minutes. If it takes longer, gently remove any excess with a tissue and continue the drying process.
- Once dry, Strataderm may be covered with sunscreen, cosmetics, pressure garments, or casts.
- Apply once daily, or twice daily to exposed areas, or as advised by your physician. For optimal results, maintain continuous contact with the skin (24/7).
- A minimum treatment duration of 60-90 days is recommended, with continued use until no further improvement is observed.
Storage & Warnings
- For external use only.
- Avoid applying Strataderm on third-degree burns or open wounds.
- Keep away from mucous membranes and eyes.
- Do not apply over other skin treatments without consulting your physician.
- May stain clothing if not completely dry; dry cleaning can typically remove stains without damage.
- Store properly by tightly closing the tube with the cap.
- If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not use after the expiration date printed on the tube.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
