Strataderm is a rapidly drying, non-sticky, transparent silicone gel designed for the treatment of both old and new scars. This formulation helps to soften and flatten scars, alleviate itching and discomfort, and reduce redness and discoloration associated with scars. Strataderm is suitable for the prevention and treatment of keloids and hypertrophic scars, and can be easily applied to all skin areas, including the face, neck, joints, and hairy regions. It is also suitable for children and those with sensitive skin.

Directions for Use
- Ensure the scar is clean and dry.
- Apply a very thin layer of Strataderm to the scar and allow it to dry. Proper application should result in drying within 3-4 minutes; if it takes longer, gently remove any excess with a tissue.
- Once dry, Strataderm can be covered with sunscreen, cosmetics, pressure garments, or casts.
- Apply once daily, or twice daily for exposed areas, or as advised by your physician. For best results, maintain continuous contact with the skin (24/7).
- The recommended treatment duration is a minimum of 60-90 days, with continued use until no further improvement is observed.
Storage & Warnings
- For external use only.
- Avoid application on third-degree burns or open wounds.
- Do not apply to mucous membranes or near the eyes.
- Avoid using over other skin treatments without physician advice.
- May stain clothing if not completely dry; dry cleaning should remove stains.
- Ensure to tightly close the tube after use.
- If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not use after the expiration date printed on the tube.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
