This sweetener provides over 90% fewer calories than sugar, with only 5.2 kJ (1.2 kcal) per teaspoon compared to sugar's 70 kJ (16.7 kcal) for the same sweetness. It is heat stable, making it ideal for cooking, baking, and adding to hot drinks, as well as for sprinkling on fruit or cereals. You can use it cup-for-cup like sugar, with 1 cup of SteviaSweet providing the same sweetness as 1 cup of sugar. Additionally, 5g of SteviaSweet is equivalent in sweetness to 50g of sugar.
