General Information
Sorbent Silky White Flushable Wipes are designed to provide an extra clean feeling. Each wipe is enriched with Aloe Vera and Vitamin E, ensuring softness and gentleness on your skin. They leave you feeling clean and fresh after every use.
These wipes are safe to flush and disperse quickly, having passed independent laboratory testing according to the Australian New Zealand Standard ASNZS 5328:2022 for flushable products. Under turbulent flow, which simulates typical sewer systems, the wipes break down into smaller pieces within approximately 30 minutes.
Each box contains 80 flushable wipes.

Ingredients
Aqua, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Almond) Oil, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Cetearyl Wheat Straw Glycosides, Glycerin, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Phenoxyethanol, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Sodium Citrate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Tocopherol, Citric Acid.
Directions for Use
For best results:
- Use Sorbent toilet paper first.
- Then use 1-2 flushable wipes.
Keep the lid closed to prevent the wipes from drying out. Use within one month of opening. It is recommended to flush no more than two wipes at a time in a well-maintained sewer system.
For special sewer systems, including septic or macerator systems, please consult the system manual for suitability.
Storage & Warnings
Please keep the lid tightly closed to maintain moisture. Recycle the plastic film and visit www.redcycle.net.au for the nearest drop-off locations.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
