Description

The Pyrus nivalis Snow Pear' is an upright and erect tree with a rounded canopy. Greyish rounded leaves mature to a silvery green, it has yellow autumn foliage and masses of small white flowers in spring that appear to "snow" in the slightest breeze. It s deciduous, drought tolerant, frost resistant, easy to maintain, and great for shade and fences.
These trees are field grown to produce a hardy and strong tree. They re harvested in winter when dormant then placed in a bag: early growth stages in the ground produces a more resiliant and robust tree living longer than other trees grown entirley in pots.
