Decolour Stripper is a safe and gentle pigment removal powder, previously available only in salons. This unique formula effectively removes both natural and artificial color pigments in less than an hour, creating a lighter base for immediate recoloring. It is ideal for transforming dark hair to blonde or red, or achieving a lighter brunette shade.

Part 1 De-Pigmenting Powder: Potassium Persulfate, Sodium Silicate, Sodium Persulfate, Sodium Metasilicate, Hydrated Silica, Cyamopsis Tetragonolobus Gum, Silica, Magnesium Carbonate, Cyclodextrin, Tetrasodium EDTA, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Parfum (Fragrance).
Part 2 Developer Cream: Aqua (Water), Hydrogen Peroxide (6%), Cetearyl Alcohol, PEG-40 Castor Oil, Cetrimonium Chloride, Methylparaben, Citric Acid, Tetrasodium EDTA, Disodium EDTA, Oxyquinoline Sulfate.
Part 3 Conclude Balm: Aqua (Water), Cetyl Alcohol, Cetrimonium Chloride, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, PEG-8 Glyceryl Laurate, PEG-15 Cocopolyamine, Parfum (Fragrance), Citric Acid, Methylparaben, Linalool, Hexyl Cinnamal.
Directions for Use
- Pour the De-Pigmenting Powder into the Developer Cream bottle and shake for 30 seconds.
- Apply the stripper cream to damp, freshly washed towel-dried hair, starting from the mid-lengths to the ends. Comb through one section at a time.
- Leave on for the specified time based on the desired results (e.g., 30 minutes for medium blonde to light brown, 50-60 minutes for medium browns).
- Flush the stripper cream by combing hair from roots to tips with a damp comb for 2 minutes.
- Rinse hair under warm water for 5 minutes until the water runs clear.
- Apply the Conclude Balm generously to towel-dried hair, comb through for 1 minute, leave to develop for 5 minutes, and rinse.
Storage & Warnings
- This product is intended for individuals over the age of 16.
- Carefully follow all enclosed instructions.
- Conduct a skin test 48 hours prior to use.
- Contains sulphites; avoid contact with eyes. Rinse immediately with cold water and seek medical assistance if contact occurs.
- Do not apply to eyebrows or eyelashes.
- Always wear the supplied gloves during application.
- Avoid use on hair colored with henna or metallic salts. The use of henna after this product is not recommended.
- Protect clothing and upholstery from product to prevent discoloration.
- Keep out of reach of children.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
