General Information

Schwarzkopf Nordic Blonde provides oil-enriched lightening with the ability to lift hair up to 7 levels. This product features the innovative HaptIQ System, which reduces hair breakage by up to 90% while achieving a natural-looking blonde with an effective anti-yellow effect. It includes a post-colour treatment infused with purple pigments to neutralize unwanted yellow tones, ensuring healthy-looking blonde hair.

Suitable for light blonde to light brown hair. Not recommended for hair that is more than slightly grey.

Directions for Use

DO NOT SWALLOW. Hair lighteners and colourants can cause severe allergic reactions. Please read and follow the instructions carefully.

For long or thick hair and first-time use, it is recommended to use two packs of Nordic Blonde.

Storage & Warnings

Keep out of reach of children. This product may cause skin irritation in some individuals. It should not be used for dyeing eyelashes or eyebrows, as this may cause injury to the eye. Avoid using on broken skin. Wash hands thoroughly after use.

Be aware that it can cause allergic reactions. We recommend performing an allergy alert test 48 hours prior to use.

For safety directions: Protect eyes and avoid contact with skin. Rinse eyes immediately if contact occurs. Conduct an allergy alert test before each application, even if you have used similar products before, and consult a doctor in case of any reactions.

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and flammable materials. Use strictly according to instructions.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
