Directions for Use
Please read and follow the instruction leaflet carefully. The product can cause allergic reactions; therefore, wear suitable gloves and do not swallow. Rinse hair thoroughly after application.
Storage & Warnings
WARNING: Irritant. Avoid contact with eyes. If product comes into contact with eyes, rinse immediately. Do not use to dye eyelashes or eyebrows, as this could be injurious to the eye. Repeated exposure may cause sensitization. Always conduct an allergy alert test 48 hours prior to each use (refer to the enclosed leaflet), even if you have used coloring products before. Keep out of reach of children.
Hair colorants can cause severe allergic reactions. This product is not intended for use on individuals under the age of 16. Temporary "black henna" tattoos may increase the risk of allergy. Do not color your hair if:
- You have a rash on your face or a sensitive, irritated, or damaged scalp.
- You have ever experienced any reaction after coloring your hair.
- You have had a reaction to a temporary "black henna" tattoo in the past.
Recyclable Information
The box, leaflet, and bottle (after cleaning) can be placed in kerbside recycling bins. Gloves, the glove packet, sachet, tube, and tube caps cannot be placed in kerbside recycling bins but can be recycled via TerraCycle. Visit TerraCycle.com for more details.

First Aid Information
For advice, contact a Poisons Information Centre or a doctor immediately. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. If the product comes into contact with eyes, hold eyelids apart and flush continuously with running water for at least 15 minutes. If skin contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and flush skin with running water.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
