Directions for Use

Storage & Warnings

Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse eyes immediately if the product comes into contact with them. This product should not be used for dyeing eyelashes or eyebrows, as it may be harmful. Repeated exposure can lead to sensitization; rinse hair thoroughly after application.

Conduct an allergy alert test 48 hours prior to coloring, even if you have used hair coloring products before. It is advisable to purchase the product 48 hours in advance for this test. If any reaction occurs, consult a doctor before using any hair color product.

Keep out of reach of children. WARNING: This product is an irritant and contains ammonium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide. DO NOT SWALLOW.

Important Information: Hair colorants can cause severe allergic reactions. Read and follow all instructions. This product is not intended for use on individuals under the age of 16. Temporary 'black henna' tattoos may increase your risk of allergy.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
