Directions for Use

Please read and follow the instruction leaflet carefully. This product may cause an allergic reaction, so it is essential to wear suitable gloves while applying.

Storage & Warnings

Avoid contact with eyes; rinse immediately if the product comes into contact with them. Do not use on eyelashes or eyebrows as it may cause injury to the eyes. Repeated exposure may lead to sensitization. Rinse hair thoroughly after application. Conduct an allergy alert test 48 hours before coloring, even if you have used coloring products previously. It is advisable to purchase the product 48 hours in advance for this test. If any reaction occurs or if in doubt, consult a doctor before using this product. Keep out of reach of children.

Important Information: Hair colorants can cause severe allergic reactions. Read and follow all instructions. This product is not intended for individuals under 16 years of age. Temporary 'black henna' tattoos may increase the risk of allergy.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
      No exceptions!

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
