Usage instructions

1. Identify the left and right foot symbols on each cushion. 2. Test the placement in the shoe before removing the protective film. 3. Clean the shoe before applying. 4. Ensure the cushion sits under the ball of the foot, with the pointy end facing the heel. 5. Peel the protective film off the cushion and apply it to the shoe with the sticky side down. 6. Reposition if needed, ensuring the cushions are in the same position in each shoe. Place under the ball of your foot in the shoe.

Warnings

Carefully remove the cushions by pulling slowly and gently from the shoe, applying pressure to the shoe insole next to the cushion with your other hand.
