Usage instructions

Best taken at the first signs of cold or flu symptoms or as advised by your health professional. Shake well before use.
Adults and children over 12 years: Take 15mL, 4 times daily.
Children 9-11 years: Take 15mL, 3 times daily.
Children 5-8 years: Take 15mL, 2 times daily.
Children 2-4 years: Take 10mL, 2 times daily.
