Directions for Use
Wash hands before using the breast discs. Cleanse the affected area and dry it gently. Open the packet and remove the protective backing. Gently place the side protected by the backing on the affected area. Prior to breastfeeding, remove the disc and place it on a clean surface. Gently wash nipples with water and pat dry before starting breastfeeding. Reapply the discs after the session.
Storage & Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place. Once individual discs are opened, dispose of them when they become cloudy or milky in color.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
