Usage instructions
Define your eyebrows using the angled side of the brow pencil. Feather a soft line along the upper and lower edges of your natural eyebrow shape. Use the flat side of the brow pencil to fill in, working in short, feathery strokes in the direction of your natural hair growth. Blend the color with the spoolie brush end.
