Product Description
RATSAK fast action rat and mouse wax blocks kill rats and mice with a single feed. Easy to use, they are mould and wet weather-resistant, so they can be used in wet and dry areas. RATSAK fast action is based on the active constituent brodifacoum, which is effective with rodent populations that have developed resistance to other rodenticides. The fast-acting active ingredient in the bait kills rats and mice in a single feed. RATSAK fast action wax blocks come in an 80g pack size that contains 6 wax blocks.
Storage Instructions
Containers which have held bait should not be used any other purpose. Store in original containers, tightly closed in a safe place out of reach of children. Do Not place blocks on or near exposed food or food utensils, food preparation areas or food storage areas. Dispose of empty container and unused or untaken blocks by wrapping in paper, putting in plastic bag and putting in garbage.
Directions
Do Not Exceed 3m between bait stations for mice or 9m for rats.
Do Not place baits in the open.
use single 20g throwpacks at 1 or more location for mice (less than 1g will kill a mouse) and 1 to 2 (20g-40g) throwpacks at each location for rats (4g-6g will kill a rat).
Place throwpacks where there are signs of rodent activity, along walls or rafters and in dark, sheltered places.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
