Raid Max Fly & Mosquito Protection Plug-In is fragrance free. Get long lasting protection for more than 200 hours, night and day, against flies and mosquitoes.

Active Constituent: 134g/kg Transfluthrin (300mg per Compressed Sand Refill)
Storage Instructions
Store in the closed, original container in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children. Do not store in direct sunlight. Dispose of used refills and empty container by wrapping in paper, placing in plastic bag and putting in garbage.
Directions
Do not remove foil until ready to use.
1) Assemble the product. - Remove the refill from the silver pouch. Hold it by the plastic shell to avoid touching the active - Insert refill in the refill slot on the diffuser and twist it clockwise to lock.
2) Prepare the use-up indicator. - Peel-off the silver foil from the top of the refill exposing the blue liquid use-up indicator - The liquid will evaporate during use only when the diffuser is plugged in and switched on - It is time to replace the refill when the liquid has dried-up.
3) Activate the product and start fly & mosquito protection by plugging into an electrical power outlet (240 volts AC only) and switch-on. - A red light tells you that the product is working - Fly & mosquito protection starts within 10 minutes of activation.
4) One refill lasts 10 days (if used 24 hours a day) or 30 days & nights (if used 8 hours a day). - The indicator will tell you it is time to replace the refill - Use only Raid Max Fly & Mosquito Protection Plug-In Refills in the diffuser - To deactivate the product at any time, simply turn-off power outlet and unplug the diffuser.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
