QV Wash is a mild, soap-free cleanser specifically designed for dry or sensitive skin. This dermatological formulation is suitable for use all over the body, ideal for soap-intolerant skin, and recommended for individuals with dry, sensitive, sun-damaged skin, as well as infants and the elderly. It gently cleanses without irritation, leaving the skin feeling soft and supple rather than tight or dry.

Ingredients
Aqua (water), sodium lauryl sulfate, glycerin, lauryl betaine, disodium cocoamphodiacetate, sodium cocoyl isethionate, PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate, glycol stearate, methylparaben, citric acid, propylparaben. Contains 10% w/w glycerin.
Directions for Use
Use daily while in the shower or bath. Apply a desired amount of QV Wash to wet skin and lightly massage. Rinse thoroughly and gently pat the skin dry. For optimal results, follow with QV Skin Lotion or QV Cream immediately after bathing. For persistent dry or sensitive skin, consider using QV Bath Oil.
Storage & Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid contact with eyes; for external use only. If lather enters the eyes, rinse with clean water. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
