Queen Ready-to-Roll Fondant Icing in white is perfect for various cake decorating needs. It is easy to use; simply open the package, knead lightly, and roll out to your preferred thickness. This fondant can be colored using Queen Liquid and Gel Food Colours.

Available in 1kg and 600g packs.

The ideal icing thickness for covering cakes is between 5-8mm. The recommended amount of icing for different cake sizes is as follows:

  • 15cm cake - 600g of icing
  • 20cm cake - 800g of icing
  • 25cm cake - 1.2kg of icing
  • 30cm cake - 1.5kg of icing
