General Information

Pyrenel Foam is specially formulated to effectively eliminate head lice and their eggs. It is intended for children aged 6 months and older, with parental supervision recommended during application. Use Pyrenel Foam at the first indication of a head lice infestation to ensure effective treatment.

This product is suitable for children over 2 years old.

Key Features

• Kills head lice and their eggs in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients

Active Ingredients: Piperonyl butoxide 17.5 mg/g, Pyrethrins 1.75 mg/g.

Other Ingredients: 5-bromo-5-nitro-1,3-dioxane and benzoates (preservatives). Contains sulfites.

Directions for Use

1. Wet the hair thoroughly with warm water and squeeze out the excess.

2. Apply 10-15 mL of Pyrenel Foam to the scalp and massage into a rich lather, ensuring full contact with all lice and eggs.

3. Leave the product on for 10 minutes, then rinse well.

4. Use a fine-tooth comb to remove dead lice and eggs.

For maximum prevention, treat all family members and use Pyrenel Foam weekly until the outbreak is resolved. Wash all clothing, bed linens, towels, combs, and brushes in hot water. Do not swallow Pyrenel Foam.

Store below 30°C.

• Do not swallow Pyrenel Foam.
• If the product gets in the eyes, flush immediately with clean warm water.
• If skin irritation or signs of infection occur, consult a physician.
• Avoid use during pregnancy and on infants under 6 months unless advised by a doctor.
• Do not use regularly or for prevention of head lice.

Australia-wide Shipping

We ship to addresses across Australia from our network of warehouses and suppliers. A small number of remote locations may not be eligible for delivery. If your address is one of them, we'll let you know promptly.

Your order may be sent from a wholesaler, warehouse or retailer partner, so the packaging may not always show the DEAL FIRST name.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order. You'll see the total before you pay.

Special Orders and Backorders

Special order products refer to items that are not standard inventory or items currently out of stock that must be requested directly from an external supplier. By placing a special order, you acknowledge and agree to the unique processing restrictions outlined below.

Dispatch Timeframes

Unlike standard stocked items which typically ship within 1–2 business days, special order items require additional fulfillment timelines.

• Standard Stock: Dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Special Orders / Backorders: Expected dispatch ranges between 5 business days to 4 weeks, depending on supplier availability and transit logistics.

Any estimated delivery windows provided at the time of purchase are guidelines and subject to supplier supply chain fluctuations.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times, counted from when your order is dispatched:

• Metropolitan areas: 2 to 5 business days
• Regional areas: 2 to 7 business days
• Rural and remote areas: 3 to 10 business days

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number where the shipping method supports tracking. Larger orders may arrive in more than one parcel.

Late or Missing Parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated time, or tracking hasn't updated for several days, please contact us with your order number and we'll follow it up with the carrier.

Special Order and Backorder Cancellations

Once a special order or backorder is placed with our supplier, the order cannot be cancelled. Cancellations will only be authorized if the supplying manufacturer permits a penalty-free cancellation to us. If any supplier administrative fees or restocking fees are incurred during a requested cancellation, these costs will be passed on to the customer.

Consumer Guarantees and Faulty Special Order Items

The restrictions placed on cancellations and change of mind returns do not impact your statutory consumer rights. If a special order item arrives damaged, is structurally faulty, or fails to meet legal consumer standards, you remain fully covered under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the manufacturer's operational warranties. Faulty items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with your legal rights.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

Special Order and Backorder Change of Mind Returns

Our standard return and exchange policies do not apply to custom configurations, non-stocked products, spare parts, or special order items. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for change of mind on any special order goods. Please ensure all product specifications, sizes, and compatibility requirements are fully verified before finalizing your purchase.

Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

Return Time frame

• Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
• All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
To request one, contact us with your order number. Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Grocery items
• Undergarments
• Personal care products (e.g., nappies, opened skincare or cosmetics)

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
