Directions for Use

  • Renewing Cleanser: Use twice daily, in the morning and at night. Apply a small amount to damp skin and gently massage for 1 to 2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Pat dry and follow with Step 2. If dryness or peeling occurs, reduce frequency to once a day or every other day. Always apply sunscreen before going outdoors.
  • Revitalizing Toner: After cleansing, apply to skin using a cotton ball or pad, morning and night as needed. Allow to dry and follow with Step 3. Apply sunscreen if going outside. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
  • Repairing Treatment: Apply morning and night to clean skin, using a thin layer on the affected area. Allow to dry; do not rinse off. If dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application frequency. Use sunscreen if going outdoors.

Storage & Warnings

  • Skin irritation and dryness may occur, especially if using other topical acne medications simultaneously. Use only one topical acne product at a time if irritation develops.
  • Avoid unnecessary sun exposure and always use sunscreen.
  • Keep out of contact with eyes, lips, and mouth; also avoid contact with hair and dyed fabrics to prevent bleaching.
  • Possible skin irritation may include redness, burning, itching, peeling, or swelling. Reduce frequency of use or concentration if irritation occurs.
  • Do not use if you have very sensitive skin or are allergic to benzoyl peroxide.
  • Stop use and consult a doctor if severe irritation develops.
  • Keep out of reach of children. Seek medical attention if swallowed or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.

Returns & Refunds

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
      No exceptions!

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Undergarments
    • Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
