Usage instructions
Discard diluted solutions after use. Do not mix with detergents or other chemicals. Directions for Use: For hard surface disinfectant only. Irritant (avoid contact with eyes and skin). For Hospital Grade Disinfection: Use undiluted. Apply generously to ensure full coverage:
- On drains, toilets, toilet brushes.
- On kitchen tidies, rubbish bins, buckets, sinks (basins). Leave for 10 minutes.
Not intended to be used on medical devices or therapeutic devices. For Household Grade Disinfection: Dilute 1/2 cup Pine O Clean to 2 1/2 litres water (1:20) to:
- Mop floors and to wipe bench tops and tiled walls. No need to rinse.
- Wipe toys and direct food contact surfaces (e.g. non-porous cutting boards). Leave for 10 minutes and rinse thoroughly with water.
For Killing Viruses: Use undiluted. Apply generously to ensure full coverage. Leave for 10 minutes. Discard diluted solutions after use. Do not mix with detergents or other chemicals.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
