General Information
Pine O Cleen Antibacterial Liquid Disinfectant is an effective solution designed to eliminate 99.9% of germs and bacteria, including E. coli and S. aureus, as well as various viruses such as Influenza A (H1N1), Covid-19, Poliovirus, and Herpes Simplex Virus Type 1. This disinfectant offers hospital-grade disinfection, leaves surfaces with a brilliant shine, and provides a fresh, clean fragrance.

Directions for Use
For hard surface disinfectant only. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. For hospital-grade disinfection, use undiluted and apply generously to ensure full coverage on drains, toilets, toilet brushes, kitchen tidies, rubbish bins, and sinks. Leave for 10 minutes. Not intended for use on medical or therapeutic devices.
For household-grade disinfection, dilute 1/2 cup of Pine O Cleen in 2.5 litres of water (1:20). Use this solution to mop floors and wipe bench tops and tiled walls without rinsing. For wiping toys and food contact surfaces, leave for 10 minutes and then rinse thoroughly with water.
To kill viruses, apply undiluted and ensure full coverage, leaving it for 10 minutes. Discard any diluted solutions after use and do not mix with detergents or other chemicals.
Storage & Warnings
Store below 30°C. Always read the label and follow directions for use. Keep out of reach of children and do not swallow. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. This product is not for use on skin. Rinse packaging before recycling.

For advice, contact a Poisons Information Centre (Australia 13 11 26; New Zealand 0800 764 766) or a doctor. If contact with eyes occurs, wash out with plenty of water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
