Pine O Cleen Antibacterial Liquid Disinfectant in Lavender is designed to effectively eliminate 99.9% of germs and bacteria, including E. coli and S. aureus, as well as viruses such as Influenza A (H1N1), Covid-19, Poliovirus, and Herpes Simplex Virus Type 1. This hospital-grade disinfectant not only provides a brilliant shine but also offers 24-hour germ protection when tested on undisturbed surfaces. Its deodorizing properties leave a refreshing fragrance.

Directions for Use
This disinfectant is intended for hard surfaces only. It is an irritant; avoid contact with eyes and skin.
For Hospital Grade Disinfection: Use undiluted. Apply generously to ensure full coverage on drains, toilets, toilet brushes, kitchen tidies, rubbish bins, and sinks. Allow to sit for 10 minutes. Not for use on medical or therapeutic devices.
For Household Grade Disinfection: Dilute 1/2 cup of Pine O Cleen in 2.5 litres of water (1:20). This solution can be used for mopping floors and wiping bench tops or tiled walls without rinsing. For toys and food contact surfaces (like non-porous cutting boards), let it sit for 10 minutes and rinse thoroughly with water.
For Killing Viruses: Use undiluted. Apply generously and leave for 10 minutes.
Discard any diluted solutions after use. Avoid mixing with detergents or other chemicals. Store below 30°C.
Storage & Warnings
- Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not swallow and avoid contact with eyes and skin.
- Not for skin use. Rinse packaging before recycling.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
