Co-developed with a Speech & Feeding Therapist, this cup promotes healthy oral development, encouraging proper tongue movement, lip closure, and the natural suck-swallow-breathe rhythm for infants aged 6 months and older.

The short, sensory bumps on the straw tip ensure correct placement, while the EasyDrink valve allows for effortless sipping without biting. A gravity ball inside the straw keeps the liquid flowing from any angle, making drinking stress-free.

This cup is made from BPA/BPS-free materials and includes 20% ISCC-certified bio-based plastic, offering a more sustainable choice for modern families. It is fully spill- and leak-proof for everyday convenience.

Compatible with SofTouch™ 240 ml Bottles using the StarTouch™ Adapter & Straw Set (sold separately).

Directions for Use

  • Before first use, disassemble the product, clean all parts thoroughly, and sterilize them in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  • Wash your hands with soap before cleaning, sterilizing, or feeding.
  • Replace the straw set if you notice any signs of wear or damage.
  • After each use, wash the cup and adapter using a sponge brush.
  • You can use Pigeon Cleansing Foam Spray to clean the straw and cup, and a SofTouch™ Straw Brush for the Gravity Ball Straw.
  • Ensure all parts are thoroughly washed and rinsed to remove any liquid residue.

Storage & Warnings

Always sterilize the Pigeon StarTouch™ Straw Cup before each use. For boiling sterilization, place all parts in boiling water for five minutes. Use a Pigeon Steam Steriliser for steam sterilization, following the user manual instructions. UV sterilization is also possible, while chemical sterilization can be used for all parts except the Gravity Ball Straw. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for sterilization products specifically designed for baby bottles and teats.

Note that chemical sterilization may cause the printing on the cup to fade. Replace the product when it starts to discolor or become cloudy. Avoid sterilizing or heating the Gravity Ball Straw in a microwave. Handle parts carefully after boiling as they may be hot, and ensure all grease or oil residue is removed before sterilizing to prevent permanent staining. Do not place hot or carbonated liquids in the cup, as increased air pressure may cause leaks from the straw tip and hot liquids may result in burns. Always close the lid firmly to prevent leakage. For safety and hygiene, replace the Straw Top and Gravity Ball Straw every two months.

Returns & Refunds

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
      No exceptions!

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Grocery items
    • Undergarments
    • Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
