The PIGEON New SofTouch™ Nipple is designed to support the three essential steps of a baby's sucking process: Latching On, Peristaltic Tongue Movement, and Swallowing. This nipple facilitates a smooth transition from breastfeeding to bottle feeding, helping to prevent nipple confusion.
This product includes two size M teats, suitable for babies aged 3 months and older. The Y-cut opening allows milk to flow when pressure is applied, enabling babies to manage the milk flow and develop their sucking skills, as they have typically strengthened their jaw muscles by this age.
The nipple features an anti-colic design with an advanced air vent system that minimizes the intake of swallowed air.

Directions for Use
To clean the product:
- Immediately after use, rinse the nipple in warm water and wash with Pigeon Liquid Cleanser. Use a sponge brush for plastic bottles.
To sterilize the product:
- Boiling/Steaming: Wash the nipple, bottle, cap, and hood thoroughly, then place in water. Bring to a boil and sterilize for 5 minutes after boiling.
- Chemical and microwave sterilization are also options; use sterilizing products specifically for baby bottles and nipples and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
- UV sterilization is possible; refer to the instructions provided with the UV sterilizer.
For the silicone nipple, it is recommended to rotate the use of two or more nipples for about 2 months before replacing them. If there are any stubborn stains, scratches, or discoloration, consider replacing the nipple.
Storage & Warnings

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
