Pigeon SofTouch Teat Ll 2 Pack

General Information

The PIGEON New SofTouch™ Nipple is designed to support the three essential steps of a baby's sucking: Latching On, Peristaltic Tongue Movement, and Swallowing. It facilitates a smooth transition from breastfeeding to bottle feeding, effectively minimizing nipple confusion. The nipple is shaped and sized to fit comfortably into the baby's mouth, reflecting over 60 years of research on natural sucking behavior.

This product is suitable for babies aged 9 months and older and is recognized as the global No. 1 nursing bottle brand, trusted by mothers worldwide.

Key Features

• Made with 100% silicone, the nipple is exceptionally soft and flexible, mimicking the mother's nipple for improved tongue movement.
• The advanced anti-colic air vent system reduces gas intake, helping to prevent colic.
• A newly added Latch-On Line assists in guiding both mother and baby to achieve the correct latch position.
• The nipple's design features a continuous curve that fits snugly in the baby's mouth, eliminating unnecessary bumps and indents.

Ingredients

Nipple: Silicone Rubber

Directions for Use

Cleaning: After each use, rinse in warm water and then wash with Pigeon Liquid Cleanser using a sponge brush for plastic bottles.

Sterilization: The nipple can be sterilized using boiling, steam, chemical methods, or UV sterilization. For boiling or steaming, wash all components thoroughly, place them in water, and boil for 5 minutes once the water reaches a boil. For chemical sterilization, use products specifically designed for baby bottles and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

Lifespan: It is recommended to rotate the use of 2 or more nipples for about 2 months. Replace them if you notice stubborn milk stains, scratches, or discoloration.

• Special Orders / Backorders: Expected dispatch ranges between 5 business days to 4 weeks, depending on supplier availability and transit logistics.

Any estimated delivery windows provided at the time of purchase are guidelines and subject to supplier supply chain fluctuations.

Estimated delivery times, counted from when your order is dispatched:

• Metropolitan areas: 2 to 5 business days
• Regional areas: 2 to 7 business days
• Rural and remote areas: 3 to 10 business days

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number where the shipping method supports tracking. Larger orders may arrive in more than one parcel.

Late or Missing Parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated time, or tracking hasn't updated for several days, please contact us with your order number and we'll follow it up with the carrier.

Special Order and Backorder Cancellations

Once a special order or backorder is placed with our supplier, the order cannot be cancelled. Cancellations will only be authorized if the supplying manufacturer permits a penalty-free cancellation to us. If any supplier administrative fees or restocking fees are incurred during a requested cancellation, these costs will be passed on to the customer.

Returns and Refund Policy

At Deal First, we aim to provide you with the best shopping experience. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Consumer Guarantees and Faulty Special Order Items

The restrictions placed on cancellations and change of mind returns do not impact your statutory consumer rights. If a special order item arrives damaged, is structurally faulty, or fails to meet legal consumer standards, you remain fully covered under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the manufacturer's operational warranties. Faulty items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with your legal rights.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

Our standard return and exchange policies do not apply to custom configurations, non-stocked products, spare parts, or special order items. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for change of mind on any special order goods. Please ensure all product specifications, sizes, and compatibility requirements are fully verified before finalizing your purchase.
