The PIGEON New SofTouch™ Nipple is designed to support three essential steps during a baby's sucking process: Latching On, Peristaltic Tongue Movement, and Swallowing. This nipple facilitates a seamless transition from breast to bottle, effectively reducing the risk of nipple confusion. Each pack contains two size L nipples suitable for babies aged 6 months and older. The Y-cut opening enables a larger flow of milk, allowing babies to control the milk flow and develop their sucking abilities as they grow.

Directions for Use
To clean the product:
- Rinse immediately after use in warm water.
- Wash using a Pigeon Liquid Cleanser and a sponge brush for bottles.
To sterilize the product:
- Boiling/Steaming: Wash the nipple, bottle, cap, and hood thoroughly. Place in water and bring to a boil. Sterilize for 5 minutes once boiling.
- Chemical and microwave sterilization are also options; follow the specific instructions for those methods.
- UV sterilization is possible; refer to the user manual provided with the UV sterilizer.
Storage & Warnings
Rotate the use of two or more nipples every two months to maintain hygiene. If you notice any stubborn milk stains, scratches, or discoloration, consider replacing the nipple. Packaging is recyclable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
