Ensure peace of mind while cherishing precious moments with your little one. The SofTouch Nursing Bottles are made from PPSU (Polyphenylsulfone) material, which offers high heat resistance up to 180°C, making them safe for babies and worry-free for parents.
Designed for infants aged 3 months and older, these bottles come with an M size nipple featuring a Y-cut opening. The round-cut design allows for a consistent and gradual flow of milk, accommodating the sucking ability of newborns who have not yet developed jaw muscles.
The SofTouch Nursing Bottles are crafted to mimic the natural feeding movements of breastfeeding, helping mothers to seamlessly transition between breast and bottle feeding. An advanced anti-colic air vent system minimizes the intake of swallowed air during feeding.

Directions for Use
To clean the products:
- Immediately after use, rinse in warm water and wash with Pigeon Liquid Cleanser.
- Use a sponge brush to clean plastic bottles.
To sterilize the products:
- Boiling/Steaming: Thoroughly wash the nipple, bottle, cap, and hood. Place in water and bring to a boil. Sterilize for 5 minutes after the water reaches a boiling point.
- Chemical and microwave sterilization methods are acceptable. Use sterilizing products designed for baby bottles and follow the provided instructions.
- UV sterilization is also possible; refer to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Rotate the use of 2 or more nipples every 2 months before replacing them, and replace the bottle every 6 to 12 months.
Storage & Warnings
Be sure to sterilize the products before every use. The packaging is recyclable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
