Usage instructions

Wind 45cm of Oral-B Essential Floss dental floss around your middle finger. Gently slide the floss between teeth and below the gumline. Curve the floss around each tooth, using an up-and-down motion to remove plaque and debris. Repeat for all teeth, advancing to a clean section of floss each time. Use a separate length of floss for upper and lower teeth.
