Usage instructions

Wind 45cm of Oral-B Dental Floss around your middle finger. Gently slide floss between teeth and below the gumline. Curve the floss around the tooth, using an up-and-down motion to remove plaque and debris. Repeat between all teeth, using a clean section of floss each time. Use a separate length of floss for upper and lower teeth.
