Usage instructions
For optimal results: Normal Load: 1 1/2 scoops. Large Load: 2 scoops. Soaking Bucket: 3/4 scoop per 5L of water. Soaking Machine: 1 1/2 scoops. Fill machine as per normal load and pause cycle once full. For Front Loader: Add to dispenser drawer. For Top Loader: Add powder to machine then add clothes. For High Efficiency Machines, pour powder into the dispenser drawer. Soak in the highest water temperature recommended on the clothes care label for at least 30 minutes or overnight for tough stains. Note: For blood stains only, soak in cold water. Not suitable for silk, wool, or other delicate fabrics.

USE ONLY AS DIRECTED
HAND & SKIN CARE: After use, rinse and dry hands thoroughly. If skin is sensitive or damaged, avoid contact with the powder or wash solution.
IF SWALLOWED: Remove from the mouth. Give fluids (1-2 glasses) to dilute. Seek medical advice.
IF IN CONTACT WITH EYES: Flush with water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical advice.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
No exceptions!
Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
