Ingredients
OMO Ultimate 3 in 1 Capsules: Anionic and Non-ionic Surfactants, Soap, Enzymes, Sequestrant, Polymer.
Usage instructions
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: 1. Place the capsule at the back of the empty machine drum. 2. Add laundry on top and start the wash. Use 1 capsule for standard loads. Use 2 capsules for large loads or heavily soiled clothes. Do not place the capsule in the dispensing drawer. Do not use for hand washing. Do not overload the machine. Store in a cool, dry place and handle with dry hands. If any undissolved capsule film remains on clothes, rinse off under warm water. Do not use for washing silk or wool. Always follow the garment care label.

Store away from heat, moisture, and sunlight.
Warnings
Keep out of sight and reach of children. WARNINGS: Capsules will dissolve immediately when wet. Handle capsules only with dry hands. If capsules become stuck together, do not pull apart or cut. Do not ingest. If swallowed: Remove as much product as possible from the mouth. Rinse mouth with water. Seek medical advice immediately. Damaging to eyes: If product comes into contact with eyes, immediately flush with water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical advice. Irritating to skin: After use, rinse and dry hands thoroughly.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
