Anionic and Non-ionic Surfactants, Soap, Enzymes, Sequestrant, Polymer.

Usage instructions

3 in 1 Capsule dissolves completely from the start of the wash. Use 1 capsule for standard loads, and 2 capsules for large or heavily soiled loads. Do not place capsule in dispensing drawer. Not suitable for hand washing. Avoid overloading the machine. Store in a cool, dry place and handle with dry hands. If you find undissolved capsule film on clothes, rinse off under warm water. Not for washing silk or wool. Always follow garment care labels.

HOW TO GET THE BEST RESULTS:

  1. Place a single dose into the empty machine drum towards the back.
  2. Add laundry.

WARNINGS: Capsules dissolve immediately when wet. Handle capsules only with dry hands. If capsules stick together, do not pull apart or cut. Keep out of reach of children. If ingested, remove as much product as possible from the mouth, rinse mouth with water, and seek medical advice immediately. Damaging to eyes; if contact occurs, flush with water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical advice. May irritate skin; rinse after use.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Shipping Damage

    Altered or Incomplete Returns

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
