Directions for Use
To maintain the bath toy, shake off excess water and allow it to air dry completely. For thorough cleaning, soak the toy in a mixture of 1 tablespoon of bleach and 1 gallon of water or 1 cup of distilled white vinegar diluted in 1 cup of water for 1-2 hours. Rinse multiple times with clean water and allow to air dry completely. If mold appears and cannot be removed, discard the bath toy.
Storage & Warnings
Prevent drowning by never leaving a child unattended during bath time. Always keep the child within adult reach and do not allow other children to substitute for adult supervision. Check the water temperature before placing your child in the bath. To avoid injury, discourage children from walking or running with the toy. Inspect the bath toy before each use and replace it at the first sign of weakness or damage.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage

Altered or Incomplete Returns

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
