Usage instructions

Take one tablet daily, 30 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Dissolve effervescent tablet in 200 mL of water. Stir for a minimum of 30 seconds. Keep stirring until foaming subsides.

Storage instructions

Store tube tightly closed in a cool, dry place, below 25°C. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken.
